The Business Effectiveness Series is a 13-week group coaching session that covers the essentials of Business Effectiveness. This series meets for one two-hour session a week for 13 consecutive weeks. Topics covered include a personal style analysis (Extended DISC), vision and mission, marketing, sales, customer service, human resources, and financial analysis. This series is most effective for motivated self-starters who need little follow-up to insure they put the knowledge gained into practice in their business. |
